The main problem is less salary and the promotion is base on reference, No value of talented employees, in the appraisal salary hike is only 10%, Not well qualified person stay on big position

Work life balance is good means you can spend time with your family friends and love ones

Delay in Travelling allowance,poor insurance policy delayed in payments of insurance claim, toxic reporting manager, lot's of nepotism and politics favouritism means people who are close to supervisor gets good hikes and promotion.i also want to say about this they allowed me to stay at home for 3 months but when I ask them for WFH they denied though I was able to do WFH and it was needed for me as I'm the only person who have financial burden.

No operational structure, single person ruling policy, They are not able to understand diffrence between Banks and credit co op society. Not considering market compitition. HR also not strong enough. All works are too slow. Unnecessary approval matrix.

Sahyog is a very good bank. Very soon success is going on and I can be a part of it. Bring business and secure jobs when it comes to sales

There are a lot of complicated questions, as they are told that some business must. People are also looking at cooperation because they are still not dependent on them. That's why I am waiting for the day when Hospital starts, from that day every person in a district like Nagpur will remember this name. So when we go to the field, their trust is hurting us, that's why this hospital should be started soon so that we field persons don't have any problem.
