10 to 5 job, no heavy pressure, no growth opportunity, management only enhance the salary of Parabanking staffs, other divisions are neglected, Team members are non cooperative.

Dislikes

Unnecessary protocol for parabanking division whose seniors interferes other division, No Salary hike for five years, lots of unnecessary work, no recognition for good performers.

Since 2017 IRDA Administrator looking after our company

As our new businesses is closed and we are running on renewal business only and our case in currently in SAT and Supreme court so future is uncertain

Work Quality is really good for Actuarial's as they provide multiple responsibilities due to which you get great exposure.

But company do not have new business duea to which you cannot have promotion, skill enhanced and multiple other things are missing

Starting working in the field of life insurance business was in very good atmosphere in the supervision of a very talented and experienced people but after unnecessary enterfiarences of the owners became harmful to the growth and development of the company. It' has a big story that cannot describe in few words.

My experience with the company was not very good. there are so many issues which cannot express.
