this is the biggest private hospital in lucknow 550 beded all critical icu are seperate like micu,nicu ,sicu neusurgical , Peadiatric icu ,and this is very costly hospital ,,admision charges rupee-20,500 .and almost all new equipments are there like ventilaters dailysis ,,diagnoses-ct ,mri dopplar ,x-ray ,bipap ,defibritators, ,organ transplant kidney transplant succesfull, 4 -ambulance with oxygen and ventilators.

salary is very low experiens staff nurse rupees-15,000pm

Nothing is likeable here.Company is not giving salary to the staff on time.3-4 month's delayed.here talent & education is not respected.

Dislikes

1.Variation of salary for the same designation. 2.salary always delayed 3-4 month's. 3.Nothing any wow facility for staff's like other company's providing in the city. 4.All hod's are lying with staff's. 5.Interdepartment promotion is not taking place. 6.Outsourced employment is rewarded here. 7.Level of selection of staff is very poor.that's why the uneligible staff are hirilg taking place.

my career was started by sahara hospital, I had learnt many new things. The thing, i like in the hospital is a atmosphere of the hospital was very friendly with colleagues...,I liked their title of kartavyogis & feel proud to beacame a part of sahara India pariwar.

After 10 years of work experience in Sahara Hospital I can say that it is a best place to work with. I got many opportunities to develop my self in new areas of working. this company allows to me to take new initiatives to develop my team for the benefit of the company.
