Has the most toxic work culture ,joined this place few days before lockdown was announced ,then after lockdown was forced to travel to containment zones where client office was situated to start my first audit assignment ,since i was a graduate fresher the seniors of the firm there at client's office expected me to do all the work on my own without any pratical guidance under the excuse that i have studied audit in graduation (which actually turns out to be only 1% of what these seniors studied in their professional exams) without understanding the difference between book knowledge and pratical applications ,when work done bad then these so called seniors (who ironically are either ca droupouts or struggling to complete their ca or are only graduates) will blame us and use abusive language to pin the blame on us ,the articles there also suffered the same fate as me ,i already during pandemic commute 2-3 hrs everyday to office and this is how i am repayed ,finally i decided to leave that torture cell and found some hope elsewhere although i cannot say the same for the articles working there who had to complete their tenure.... In the end although i left that firm long ago but the trauma still persists thanks to that egotiscal manager called vishwanath and his vvhore namrata ghadi who forced me to resign within a week of audit assignment.

There is no one good, even though all people are always staying in attitude no one helps to employee with good behaviour there is poor management facility no one is HOD and all worst work experience over there..boss is shameless 😠
