...here No higher education qualification is need.. Education criteria is very bad.Everyone working in a same salary criteria.They providing un matched Department for work.Diploma,Inter,Degree persons Working in same department.

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good and providing bonus every year. Management respect the employees talent and ability and providing best appraisal based on performance and talent

Career growth is slow. Salary is decent but job promotion is very slow.

In that salary is given by them Is very less then any other company . We must work in 3 shift compulsory.

Compensation is not good, growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, the leadership does not seem to get satisfied by any kind of work done. They do not know how to utilise the talent which they have hired hence the working ideas are killed. They lack the information of the country for which they have hired the talent and are completely reluctant to let the employee use the experience and knowledge which he/she has gathered over the years which has actually been the main reason of his shortlisting. The leadership leaves the team mate in trouble and does not come to the aid when in trouble internationally.

It's good place to work in sahajanand with excellent culture.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
