If give leadership to some one then profit,benifits , vision mission all the questions "why " ask your leaders. you give salary leaders according to that. And Higher leaders subject concern, they don't know about the that perticular Institute or course and always be enforced Idea according to his specialization. To much workload No systematic work Daily changes Rules Regulation Employee work on same work again and again because of decision changes by authorities on daily basis

the university started deducting our salary at the start of march 2020 and didnt give us any benefits, such as transportation, canteen, even a joining letter. yet we were expect to arrive early and leave late despite salary cuts and lockdown to a far end of the city in our own vehicles. we were also expected to sell their flats and also bring them students but any academic development tasks were not entertained. they have no policy of female employee safety and no insurance or pf facility, had to even beg to issue me a n experience certificate.

...n and didnt understand the subjects were to teach, they duped the students also. such low salary package.

There should be a significant increase in the salary of senior faculties as per the needs of the family, so that the demand of children's higher education can be met.

Number of students are increasing, salary is paid on time

Dislikes

supervision- biometric punch, register, whatsapp photo- all for self-attendance else salary deduction, write an application, provide evidence for all Work responsibilities changes daily, no work as per the plan. Pressure for achievement of targets, which are not related to profile- like, admissions, revenue generation through events

Company owner is so good but management persons are not good for the future of our beautiful Sage Group.

Seniors behaviour is so rudely and bad for every junior employees each and every decision taken by senior thats not right.
