Less importance and Encouragement to the employees specially in nursing department and incriminate and salary is less compare to other hospitals

The management is not seeing staff nurses problems. Salary is very less and staff shortage is high. The management they want their hospital be best. Its good only they are not thinking about the staffs working in that hospital. Not only about nursing, others also
