Work Environment is good in this company, because all other employees helping me to learn new things.

...g appraisal based on their convenient, not for your work done by previous years. And the after left the company they were delayed to giving the pending documents and salary.

Nothing.. and I recommend no one to even think about joining this company.. it will be a waste in the career. You will not learn anything and also will have no growth or future unless you don't come out of that company.

Everything.. make a note that you will not get the salary that they tell you as the take home. Also they will deduct PF which you never get back as they create fake PF accounts and UAN numbers

Working environment was good, I gained some knowledge with my best colleagues.

The management is worst because they will not pay proper salary, and they will not pay in time, it might be taking to pay 15 days, 1month and some time they won't anything to some employees, they are saying there is productivity so not paying. So I strongly recommend not to join for organisation.

They hired me after 4 days of work they told me to leave the company as there was no money to give salary. Please don't join this company. In 4 days all I did was just copy paste. No pantry n the brake timings are worst than school. Even if you don't have a job it's okay but please don't join this company.
