Salary -- Accepted Offer
I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Can I reach out to HR for salary revision after accepting offer? I still have 3 weeks left for joining. *My interview went really well. But HR low balled just becuase of current salary

Most of the employees are good people.

Dislikes

The management is so screwed up. It's a 'ghar ki dukaan' where they do whatever they want, and you can expect nothing in return except the 2 weeks late salary. The employees are perceived as servants here. Even in the contract they say that all your time belongs to the company. You have to work unpaid overtime on several occasions. The HR Khushi is just a caged parrot who will just blindly defend the owner Sumeet. The owner shouts at employees and is very disrespectful. Very toxic environment.
