They have provided WFH option.

Dislikes

Forces employees to work 12-16 hours a day without giving any extra pay. Unprofessional/ threatening behavior from managers and poor trainings for those who join the company. Not a good place to work in terms of professionalism and work-life balance.

Safran is Great—Except in India If you get an opportunity with Safran outside India, it could be a great career move. But Safran India? It’s a different story. Think carefully before making a decision.

...vements with, “This is already proven, no need to change.” Innovation? Not here. Exploitative Salary Hike System – Their cycle for increments is in April, but they intentionally hire people between August and October. Why? So they can tell you, “You need one more year to be eligible for a hike.” Management Runs on Politics, Not Performance – If you’re hoping for fair treatment, forget it. The upper management only listens to managers, who have been stuck in this company for over 10 years. No fresh ideas, no accountability—just a cycle of bad decisions. Zero Training, Full Expectations – They don’t bother to explain your work, but they expect you to finish it anyway. Confused? Too bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. There are far better opportunities out there—don’t waste your time here.

I also gained hands-on experience with GD&T, following Safran's standards. While there were some challenges, such as being short-staffed, it ultimately helped me improve my efficiency in design work. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience

That said, Bangalore as a city didn’t quite align with my preferences, and the salary package wasn’t what I had in mind. Still, the experience and learning opportunities made it a valuable starting point in my career
