I enjoyed the people I worked with. It was friendly and fun atmosphere, and I actually enjoyed going to each morning.i felt that the leadership team was great too. They knows all of their employees on a first name basic and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community outreach with the local organisations. The company was growing quickly, so it was a bit disorganised and I often had multiple task and senior team members giving me different instructions. However, I think this was a great opportunity to improve my ability to work under pressure and my communication skills.

Dislikes

I work with a great team of people, but there isn’t room to grow within the company. I’m looking for an opportunity that would allow me to keep developing my skill and work my way up to positions of leadership.
