I like nothing about this company. Such a fraud people and bunch of looters.

...anisation is terrible. They are bunch of bad people. Such a pathetic management. Did not paid my 3-4 months salary and kept me on hold after one month of joining. Literally fed up with the management and at last I had to leave the job. Never ever join Saffron tech if you do not want to repent on your decision.

Exit Process Needs Improvement My experience with Saffron Tech has its ups and downs. While I appreciated my time working there, my exit process was unexpectedly difficult. Even after completing my full and final settlement, getting standard document like relieving letter become a challenge. Professional workplaces should ensure a smooth offboarding experience for all employees.

Everything. Manager sucks. The work culture is terrible. Management is even worse. Do not get in here until and unless you are in some sort of helplessness. Your life will be a living hell here.

Don't even think to join this company. The Managers of the company are so brutal that you'll start questioning your worth. Trust me when I say this, They broke my confidence so much that now even when I think to join some other company, I doubt myself. But trust me, when I saw other reviews here, I realized it was not me, it is the Managers of the company who don't have any capabilities to move out this place and rule the company like Hitlers.

I was fired not because of my low performance but I was not able to impress the managers. They don't even care regarding your outputs, just say salam to each and every manager day and night. Go beyond , not to learn but to impress. I literally regret my decision every single day that why I've joined this org., Employees leave in single week of joining after seeing such hell place. And to survive, If you've chosen to impress the managers, then don't forget, your entire day will spent in doing gossips and then you'll not get time to complete your tasks and then you'll feel overburdened with the work.

Everything is good about the place. The learning opportunities is Gallore. Work pressure is also there but if anyone tells you there is no work pressure in their org is probably bluffing. Come here, join, throw your head and work. Even if you deliver results slightly late and there is a clear intent that you are working hard you will be supported and given chances.

Nothing major. Some cons which you would probably see here and those can be handled easily.
