Which will Happy and safe and healthy work

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

They have a motivating culture, freshers can learn a lot in terms of soft skills, hardwork is required since your income is proportional to your sales.

Dislikes

You will have to work yourself for almost everything. There's is little guidance required, and you need to persevering till you get a level.

good about teammates, trained well, no security,career growth depends upon person and manager, there is no perticular date for salary if they want they will pay otherwise they will stop the payment, travel opportunity is good but with our expences only , too much politics, over all we can suggest this company for learning , we cant balance our life and work without financial support from family

their payment structure, politics, travel apportunity they will say but any how we are only paying soo i think its not an opportunity.
