MD and Managers are good. Salary come on time. Work from home module. Leaves are awesome

...ncrement policy. It changes every 3months. Sales person looses claim for that. And end of the year rejected amount gets adjusted from salary or incentives. No fixed working hours. 75% travel

As company is yet to find the product marketfit. Company is huge depend on 1-2 accounts if any thing goes wrong business is gone down to lower level. Due to this job is at high risk.
