Company is good for non-toxic environment and salary is on time in every month.

No work-life balance, salary is low and increment is very less in every year. Sometimes they don't even give increment. Excessive work pressure.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportivr and the managrment is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and thr management doesn't adress our issues salary is decend but career growth is slow.

It's a good organization and team was very supporting and helping. First attraction was that salary is on time it's very good for employee.

It is better to work here only for those people who have come with reference from senior employees of that organization, only their salary will be increased and they will get promotions.

Our centre environment is very helpful to each other, togetherness

No increment as I have work for 22 months on same figure , no bonus on diwali , No job security as while this corona time most of our centre employees are at home they are jobless now
