...ement needs to be curtailed down in order to bring more growth to the Company. During COVID employees were asked to resign and Annual Bonus were unpaid, Diwali bonuses were unpaid even post COVID.

Good work environment with support of management, there is no politics among employees,best part is salary and expenses received timely.

Certain level growth unless you change the job, Annual meeting, convocation programs, product related training which give brand image is missing in company.

This a place where you should eventually settle down rather than come for growth in terms of skills and compensation. There’s too much control in the hands of few stakeholders.

Good Salary hike and promotions, we get salary on Last working day in a month.

Work- life balance was very poor, there is no time limit , we have to work double shifts with out benifits, even late nights also they can't provide common needs.

1. Company Products are really good. 2. Salary is on time. 3. Flexible working time.

1. No designated space to work, will have to keep rotating desk if someone's on leave. 2. 100% completely Manually working style. No use of any sort of technology to make work and life easy. 3. Will ask you to work on Holidays, Weekends, Official Leaves and Personal Leaves. 4. Completely unhygienic office too much of rodents and cockroach issues. 5. No sense of any sort of responsibility from managers.
