Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The company is open to innovation and although its different industry. This company is a good reputation in qatar retail industry. i would love the opportunity to use my four years of experience in administration department.

Job security compared to the competition.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No growth in position or in salary, no fixed date for salary. No new industry practices implemented, if system is implemented then no control to take complete benefit out of it.

Salary payment on time, sometimes 4-5 days delay but it's okay.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Most of the things are disliked. What else would I say. No transportation for local employees. If you got a chance to work overtime by mistake then the managers will cut it to 50%. Emergency leave policy is very very bad, if you got a injury then no one will care for you except your local partners. No safety policy during work. No proper tools. If you request a material for work, it will not come until the client shouts. Mismanagement etc etc.
