New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Dislikes

Career growth is not there even though salary & benefits are decent . Manager do not value a junior employee , most of the time they transfer all the dirty work on their junior employees and also not even single time they will come in front if the problem will arrive . this is the actual pain .

Well about my experience through my Whole work experience in Safari company is almost average in every aspect, as my previous company has a lot of training programme for the employees and workers which here missing in Safari company, there is a big communication gap between employees and management teams even the essential things required for for workers and staff is missing here for example in our campus where we stay provided by safari is degraded there is no water, for 24 hrs there cleaning issues not good quality foods, there is no quality work environment for the employees because of communication gaps, it all will over come by the management if management talks to there employees, if we talk about the pandamic situation then company did will but not enough, yet more to come and will make the situation better. Thank You
