The company only hear HR? It’s like Pathar ki lakeer.no consideration of employees why so? Only bootlickers get importance. Hr se he sale karwa lo itna department me intervene karte hai to hum yaha aloo pyaaz ne beech re field me . vo khud AC me baithe rehte h . Please limit your hr in their level of work and stop n interference mind their own business allowance dene me satana jessy field me ye ja re h and pessa enky ghar se ja ra hai .Very rude and special care by Hr head. Half knowledge full attitude no respect. Sorry I am not reporting HR so I left the company and now writing it coz of pathetic arrogancy. Kis company me Hr departments me HR boss hota hai? Lala company hai ye kuch professional HR hire karo sir jinko Hr training ho. Completely no work ethics and fully partial and unfair personality keep arrogant . She is good for nothing. Me likh ra hu to sirf sacchai batane k liye no come back .

I've recently read a news article of company's MD Nitin Kapoor where he mentioned about the importance of work life balance. But I'm sorry that seems to be a paid PR because he doesn't know a shit about work life balance. Forget about work life balance, I haven't found peace for single moment since the time I've started working here. At the time of my joining they said that 2nd Sat of month will be an off. But after a month they shown their real colours and forced everyone to come 2nd Saturday as well. And the reason was that MD used to keep his meetings on 2nd Saturday where no involvement of other employees are required. But since he don't want to stay in office alone that's why he gave this dictorial order to everyone to come office on 2nd Saturday as well. The official timings for office are 9:30 am - 6:30 pm. But to satisfy MD's ego he wants everyone to stay beyond 6:30 pm as well. If MD's will allows he'll not hesitate to make employees come to office on Sunday as well. Also, they treat the employees like kindergarten children where they expect employees to take permission before leaving office for home. They are literally treating there employees like animals and I really don't know in which direction this company is going with this attitude Also, the Head HR receives the special privileges from the MD. She used to come & go from office anytime she wants but the same is not at all applicable to others in the organisation. There is next level politics going on within the office and I recommend no one to come & join this company until and unless you don't care about your peace of mind and health.

Bootlicker kind of people is very strong at HO, there is no PF no HR policy, no ethics. They r neither responsible for their employees nor for their dealers.

This company has no healthy policies Company has so many free time where people bites each other coz, of bad politics No pf No Mediclaim No HR manners how to talk to employee The employee Hr of corporate office is worst and good for nothing HR. Talks in behind. They deduct my ta DA without notifying me horrible . I mean if employee dies the hr does not even care your situation and do own practice. Hr head is too bad and unprofessional woman She has more power in cabin more than anybody outside not even my reporting manager has that power. Something fishy . One thing I will tell you, seek a better job then working at their office like a labour or servant Sorry to say , it is a House not office and house of queen Sugandha. She is awful by look and devil mindset. Whatever, she is Zero in mind,”Kala akshar bhais barabar” . Don’t give her damn . Stay away from this company if you want is mental peace and want to earn respectful money.
