Even MD uses abusive language you could be asked to pack your baggage any time and thrown out any time. No job security. A lala Company with worst management ever seen in my career of 20 Years

Management is very bad, especially HR management. It is absolutely horrible, constantly surprising employees with unexpected decisions. They do not provide proper job roles and unnecessarily force employees to perform irrelevant tasks that are not part of their job profiles. Middle management is the worst, and favoritism is a major issue.
