Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...e work here is hectic and have a growth of career only on your respective field. Don't expect any huge salary packages as they won't offer. Job security will be okay as long as you complete the work assigned to you on time.

The salary of respective fields is very underpay compare to other industries in the market. If you still work hard & dedicate 10-11 hours of time of your day. Management just hire you as permanent employee but wouldn't consider to revise the salary.
