... in this compnay.there is very good staff in this company.it's very large plant.company gives bonus every year for employee,and give per year increament.

There is no facilities for worker or staff as no dress give by company.there is no canteen and there is a lot of politics.

...ammates are supportive and the manament is transparent. Company policy are good. Apprausals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

No training regarding skill enhancement Politics at work No food facility no canteen people use to sit on floor to have food No uniform no safety shoes No job security you will be terminated when management wants Poor shop floor condition Washrooms are very bad condition even no special provisions for females

Job security is average and depends on your performance, Work culture is friendly but will have to struggle to make a strong bond with people's. Management is very supportive but cannot say same for colleague's. Company policies are good .

Max employee on the basis of contract no any permanent employees are in company 12 hour working in companies no any benefit of employees in future in our life

Working in boys school contact base no any permanent job ,only use and throw method use company no increments, no any promotions
