Management is worst, they all are money minded, they took three months of my salary to release my documents after my formal resignation. I worked there for 3 years due to some health issue I submitted my resignation but they did not consider my health problem and asked me to pay 3 months of notice period salary even though I was ready to serve for notice period. So be care while joining....

There are no benefits for the teachers.Job security can't be assured if pay crosses 28k for next session.Work culture ,team will be always good, but Principal team will play divide and rule policy ,there will be a spy in every team.Reworks and multiple reworks are done for every task as they are not clear with what output they want.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues,infact they don't even know what is happening with employees. Why teachers are uncomfortable at working.I hope and wish chairman sir and director mam to look into this as a secret survey.

As this was a newly established school it has given me a lot of opportunities to learn and grow from new experiences and I will forever be grateful for the support I received from my co-teachers.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but there's no career progress. Job security is almost non-existent. Teachers' individual strengths are not considered nor appreciated. You cannot voice out your dissent nor your suggestions for the betterment of the school and students. The work pressure is very high and honestly teachers are considered to be at the bottom of the food chain and are treated with little to no respect.

Nothing special initial stage this school encouraged very well but now the management has changed and it becomes worst. I am leaving this school because of the worst academic head and principal who joined this year without knowing our efforts.
