...pal has no control on discipline but on i cards and teachers leaving on time ...1 minite before time is also no allowed but they can ask for atay back without any extra pay. Teachers are not more than labourers for them

Salary wise its fine but lots of burden,politics by senior Permanent employees....n every teachers day n lohri teachers were forced to dance even if u refuse den also teachers force you to participate...ridiculous....if someone not willing y everyone keep on saying...n incharge also....principal is very rude....

Yes I was working in Sachdeva Public School Pitampura New Delhi. I had a good time when Mrs Gambhir was principal

There is lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is ok but career growth is dependent upon politics. They are paremannt their employees.

Dislikes

The school has an environment full if politics among staff. They will fire you without any reason even after 3 years of your service. They doesn't provide you a permanent job even after long working tenure. Even ignorable mistakes are highlighted very badly.
