High learning curve due to startup environment

Dislikes

Work-life balance was poor. Top management not open to feedback, they were more inclined to running to company without thinking much about their employees. So called startup for namesake but was run more like a lala company. Company culture was full of negative office politics leading to attrition.

1. You will get good job responsibilities. 2. In COVID pandemic they given Increment 3. Trying to match market standards salaries.

Dislikes

1. All the processes needs to be improve. 2. HR & HOD's should have a rights to take a decisions for their teams. 3. Need to work on the work culture. 4. Need to maximize employee engagement activates. 5. Top management should make fast decisions and gave some rights to Sr. person.

There is nothing that can be liked about the company. I would never recommend or refer this company in my circle.

Dislikes

No growth, no job security, HOD is spineless. Not a friendly environment to work. Very unprofessional attitude of employees working here as well as the management.
