...ger verbally use abusive language towards agent and for leave you have to beg.. As the company was out of business they randomly do ATL for no reason (ATL without pay and reason) And quality is the dirtiest department of all.. Full of politics, and no growth.. And tlc is like a cage where you are not to use phone while you on break and not allow to out from office for break they even check ur phone

I have worked over here about 3 months. I got all the facilities as you all get in an other companies like, Cab facilities, 5 days working & Gym facilities Etc.

...get fluency to work over there. That's it. But they don't increase your salary . Salary growth is not higher

Supportive teammates and manager TL and supervisor , good salary , good work environment , so many thing I have learn from TLC , if I got any chance to work again in TLC or if whenever tlc need my present I will be there in any situation

Zero job security, work culture is terrible there is no work-life balance, management is greedy , company policies change according to their will if you want you out they'll change the policy and throw you out for no reason.

If there was only one thing I hated about the organisation I'd have told you but there are tons of problems with the owner management and everyone working there. Exceptions are always there but yes they've been overpowered by Greedy people who own this pile of trash.

The actual name of this company is not saburi tlc. It's a scam company, there is no job security. Work hours are between 10h-13h. They guys even make changes in cab facilities (mostly drop) without letting know. There is no special security for girls. By the way this is not saburi TLC tech support, this company has many names. And the name of this company is saburi TLC tech scam(pop up scam, Microsoft scam, antivirus scam)...and many more.
