Salary+work life balance + lots of new learning +work culture are the attractive features at Sabre It was WFH during the Covid 19 lock down. Given the current situation of Pandemic and Travel Industry having a negative impact , I was part of the company's employee lay off I love the re-hire policy in Sabre

Dislikes

The appraisal conducted needs to be conducted in a non biased manner. Top management need to look into it , rather than going by Managers comments (especially in cases where the person conducting the appraisal has no travel background and has completed less than six months with Sabre)..

Likes

Compensation is good along with opportunity to travel on trainings and conferances. Good Brand to work with.

Dislikes

Leadership lacking in India . Politics impacting work culture. Very rigid ,not versatile and slow dicision making.

Likes

Very Friendly Atmosphere. Encouragement on Learning and development. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

No clarity on career growth path . Usually one position 2-3years you need to stick on and won't be able to grow in the corporate ladder if you are looking for agressive growth path . Company is like Yahoo and competition with Amadeus ( agressive like Google ;) ) Prediction : Google might buy this company slowly in future .

Good work environment and positive culture. Everyone in the organisation are supper supportive. Mostly of the teams are doing WFH.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such for dislike. There maybe couple of days where need to work for few extra hrs if there is any meeting with US team members.

Likes

A JV between Gulf Air and Sabre, used to be a good company to work for, was given the freedom to settle in, mature, take decisions and perform. The performance was rewarded well also.

Dislikes

Working in the GCC, we people from the sub continent are subject to racialism at all levels, Sabre was no exception but comparatively direct racial confrontations were minimal.
