Worst experience of working I handle two districts as a territory Sales manager. Not given my salary of two months. The company employes at top are the worst persons. Still they have not cleared the Distrubutors DOA stock and not done settlement of them also company person's working their. They are struggling from last six months to get pickup no one responding to it. So don't join worst company experience.

Compensation is worst and growth is also worst don't join it or you will go back in carrier for the months you had work. MD, Sales head, manger, backhand team, HR do not have value an individual's. My suggestion is don't waste time by working here.

I have work this company Service sector last 3year, Company Service Support is good no bad but company not given any other facility like, no Bonus, no P/F, no ESI and no increment last 2years. So Not Happy that time.

There while working in a team, we have received a puppet free environment where we could bring new business ideas and management tries to implement and share it.

I have worked here about gour months. As I have a technical degree but in this company there is nothing to learn and carrier growth is much slower.And there are also not Job security.As I was working in Quality after some time they told me to work in packing of mobile phones and if not then you have to resign yourself.So I decided to resign from it.
