Likes

Work culture and team is good. Managers are cool and understanding.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. One month salary will be credited after 2-3 months. There will always be a due of 2 months salary with no explanation as to why it is happening

Loved how well the founder lied about the company's financials and issues that are leading to salary delay

Dislikes

1. Company not paying salary on time (delayed by 6 months in my case) 2. False promises on the funding information 3. Lying about the company operations to the investors 4. Employees forced to stay quiet regarding the salary issues' 5. Non-payment of income tax TDS deducted 5. Non-payment of EPF and PPF

Scammers. The founder is a scammer involved in multiple financial frauds, the HR is egoistic and the whole leadership is a joke, it would be disgrace to the word company if we call this piece of trash a company. Worst culture ever.
