MD and PA are not that much educated to hold the right candidate. You will be chosen for a fixed salary at the time of hiring and then after they will start targeting you if you had joined on a higher salary package. People had left rejoins then left and again rejoins people are joining Saab Global just because of mental piece and post joining you will loose your self respect. As per MD his driver and General Manager both are having same knowledge the way he will talk with driver the same way he will talks with you. Now comes to the mail if you just read his mail you can predict what action need to be taken.

I am in Saan Global company for more than 10 years. Company has gone beyond the limits to help me when I got serious illness around 5 years ago. Company offered job to my wife to prevent her mental breakdown and diverting her mind. MD continuously providing support to me and told all employees not to disturb when I can't take too much stress and pressure, which is not a normal corporate culture. Company always shows respect to all employees. Paying salaries on time, five day week are other important good aspects of company. Here employees are working for 10 to 20 years. MD is very knowledgeable person in terms of market and business thinking and always looking for ways to expand company and more than 50 suppliers wanting to work with Saan Global Ltd. I recently saw a review that contained some negative feedback about Saan Global. Few people do not want to work and hence post rubbish to tarnish company image, some uneducated person does not understand the product or could not perform, does not understand the harmonious relation between employees. Company is always committed to continuously improving working environment. Here few people who left company due to lack of performance or joined competition giving false reviews to defame company. Company always engages in ethical practices and I strongly recommend to pursue career in Saan Global Ltd.

Associated with the company since last 18 years, Saan has been doing well since the formation years in terms of the business and still growing because of its innovative ideas and global approach. The company has been benefitting its employees with fair pays, perks & incentives. I have learned a lot while working on different projects. Great place to work. Management identifies the right personals, their quality and places them at right position. It helps in creating enthusiasm among employees and improves performance. Work atmosphere is cordial and professionally oriented. Takes good care of employees and their families when they are in need. One of those rare companies which didn't deduct single penny or sacked any employee during lockdown.
