Job security no.work culture very very bad. Management torcher employe . Company policies good . But not management not follow. By management lowor employe torcher and tension.

Good work environment and culture. Yes some teammates are not good and also they are not supportive because they think that if ther will support then they lost the job.

This company is purely producer company work more and more benefits for farmers in many fields as, projects as P.I.B, R.B.P and A.I etc by company. Best thing as i am part of this company to handle milk procurement at large field level nearly 3000 plants, work and management from Head Office. I am managing and handling technical department i.e. Repairing Maintenance & Operations of small and big plants by using SAP and also works in M.S office.

Dislikes

Growth is slow for and mostly good for the employees which link with management. Work pressure is very limited employees and work are assigned more then SOP also other then field. No sub ordinates colleagues are less in nos. Also there is no on-job training for fresher. Responsibility is too high.
