no job security at all, company asking to leave job without giving notice & without giving salary benefit, not really bothered about their own employees. HR don't know how to handle things

favoritism, poor management & wrong people at wrong place. useless practice following, lunch break at 10:00 AM and Dinner break at 6.00 PM which effects badly on health

It is great place for freshers as you get exposure to how shipping industry works and seniors are very helpful since many departments work together your interpersonal skills develop You get wfh as well.

The S5 company is very good to learn and adopt new opportunities. Many new things to learn from the basic stage till you achieve the best position. You can create your own ideas which can smoothens the company system and can beneficial for all others.New opportunities always stand next to you if you show your talent and hard work in the company.i would love to share these things because i was been supported by each and every one from my HR to TL from TL to manager and AGM. Anybody who is a fresher or experienced this is a platform where you can make your career and you are at the right place.

Awesome Company to work... Knowledgeable leaders who help you in every aspect of work... The team heads have excellent knowledge about shipping industry and they train the new comers and share their knowledge helping them to groom in the industry.
