They don't know to capitalize with their technology, manpower and products .Basically to blame the management ,its a family run business.Lives only by collecting funds from various sources not with their business,which was started more than 10years

There is no system followed. It is proprietary driven culture. It had no work culture. All decision is family based. Inputs from employees are never considered. Best practices are never allowed to be implemented, discussed and heard.

Very unprofessional , No growth, Job description given was something but was practically doing what was not related to my job. Unethical in handling the employees.
