There is nothing to like about S. S. Public school. The management is not considerate or sympathetic towards the employees. Though they should be. Merciless and opportunist fellows.

The environment, the stuff we get to mould there. The salary, the promotion everything. They try and work like dictators over there.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of years before which you cannot resign .unnecessary so much of work.

No motivation to for for...I agree salary should not be a factor to consider in teaching as they say we are prevelegde to work in so devine institution...but how much you work and happy with your teaching and you don't even think about salary or appraisal...but at the end of the month you need something to get motivated to work next day. Here you will find honesty is not a best policy...how much you will show off that much you are efficient....and above all there is no respect for teachers. Can you imagine that here admin get all facilities but teachers don't even get water if they forgot to bring water from the home ...here tea, coffee is a big deal...you will never get a cup of hot water if you are unwell and you need it. Thanks

Jss one of the best institution to work, very good working environment. Students are free to share thought . Jss focus on overall development of student. School daily conduct very good assembly . They have very big ground to play. Discipline wise I feel it is less. Otherwise I would like to suggest best school in Bangalore.
