Likes depends on site to site and depends directly on MD. Company provides 3-time food, good accommodation and travel allowance for guest house to site at some sites. If any GM make you chela or you are his relative, then your job is like government job. 4 leaves every month.

Dislikes

You need to be relative of any old employee (Cha**ha) or any GM otherwise whatever you do, you will be waste your energy for their company. MD never talk to you in case he is getting negative reports from chela/cha**has. His cha**he eating his roots and he feels safe with them. I have tried to talk with MD but all in vain. when the bad times come, mind stops working. God help him.
