Horrible experience which made me resign job during lock down. The owner is very racist as there it was only me (Marathi) who was paid 50% salary for 2 months during lock down, others got their complete salary just because they were North Indian and away from their home and i was staying with my family.

Dislikes

You will never get training about work you will have to learn everything yourself as the other employees just try to pull out their hands saying that i dont know anything about the work, you will never get security for your job because the words of the ower are famous "mujhe pata nahi mujhe karke chahiye, mein tumhe faltu ki salary nahi de raha hu, nahi ho raha hai toh nikal jao", no growth for your career as you would have to do low level job which is not your responsibility and at times even the owner personal work or him home work. Upraisal is 0 since last 3 years, you would have to work in whatever salary you are fixed as company is always in loss as per the owner. No bonus has been paid to any employee since last 5 years. Work life balance is 0, who will never find time for your family in important times, as they will keep you busy saying work has to be completed today its urgent.
