... govt should strictly shut this company and should not award any work in future. No salary they are looting hard earned money of staff, contractor, supplier. Not giving payment to anyone. People are in huge debt because of this company.

Nothing about this company that you can like.

Dislikes

1. Salary remains delayed for 5-6 months at most of the site. You will never get your salary back and at last you have to quit this company because of salary issue. 2. No bonus or increment you have to work for three four years without any salary hike and change in job profile. 3. Increment is not done based on the work you do but on the basis of how much you sugar-coat the management. 4. No work life balance no leave you have to work 12-15 hrs even on Sunday. 5. Substandard company keeps substandard staff engineer and labourers. Look for cost cutting always uses substandard material.No safety for worker at site. No medical/insurance cover. Advice:- So never join this company better start a food stall otherwise you and your family will die for sure without salary.

Nothing except you’ll remember your old school days when you were working everything at the start of career.

Dislikes

Can’t list down here but still few are below; 1. No system for salary as it’s up to you how you can fight with Company to get on regular basis as some may get monthly or some may even not after 3 monthly. 2. No system/ SOPs / Policy. 3. Be ready to messed up with retired govt senior citizens who will not able to understand and listen you (mainly from UP Bridge corp) and company older staff / seniors who will be ready all times to take you upto owner level if you talk about system or try to organise the things. 4. No medical policy. 5, you can be call upon to do anything and without your information you will be replaced with someone else. Can’t write more.. That’s why I decided to quit
