My teammates and superiors are very humble. They are very supportive. travelling - minimal. Learning - you can get knowledge from your superiors. Work environment - good.

...If its poor then you have to ready to be kicked out. Career growth - very poor Salary - Very low. There is no extra money for your extra hour works. forget about it. Politics - The most common played game. You have to stay aware always. Innovation - Nothing. Work-Life Balance - Extremely poor. Forget about your social life.
