The work culture is very poor. People seating in Senior Level, don't know what is professionalism is. People are interested only other's personal issues. It is worthless organization.

No professionalism, no quality work culture. People not getting their salary on proper time also.

...et opportunity to experiment with equipment if you are little more enthusiastic. They offer industry level salary at base level.

...ly if you have link in head office or by chance you are from Government college. Either your salary sometimes lesser than your junior.

Likes

Salary on time, job security, early bonus, medical facility for parents as well, children education assist upto 2 children, leaves, descent increment around 10% every year, opportunity to learn site related job as company dont restrict you in your work area.

Dislikes

12 hrs working, have to work sunday half day as well, no corporate mindset of management, If you are living as a single fellow then its fine as you can be transferred to other sites any time as per company requirement, have to deal with some uneducated manager.

No corporate work culture, seniors treats you like college freshie. you feel like you're going through ragging. No respect for technical staffs, non technical staffs give you orders as they are working in this company for many years. Work hours sometimes exceeds 12-13hrs without any overtime, no leaves on Sundays (you have to go for half time). The salary increment is also less 2k-3k annually.

Behaviour of the senior project manager is absolutely disgusting. All he does is yell at people for nothing. Forced to work on Sundays. And apart from this attendance is also not given on Sundays. Very Difficult to get your earned leaves too. Most of the days 13 working hours becomes 14-15 hours without overtime.
