Staff is supportive and helpful. But Management is worst.

...over the management told and pressurize that new appointee to put resignation. There is salary cutting for single minute late mark. There is salary cutting for even single leave taken. No leave policy. They send your original signed experience and salary certificate through ordinary post by Rs 5 stamp affixed on it. Generally such documents send by courier or speed post. If any new person received interview call from this firm and attend interview but keep in mind that this job is for temporary period i.e. for 3 to 5 months. He/She should be in search new job while doing this job. It is advisable for not to go there, if joined then you should be start search of new job while working there. There are many dislikes and not possible to list out all here.
