Overall, it has been a great experience. However, one thing that can be challenging is the fast-paced work culture that comes with working for S.H. Engitech Pvt. Ltd. which is growing rapidly. We are expected to be agile and adaptable to the ever changing needs of the business, which can be stressful at times. Furthermore, as the company is still in the process of improving its systems, there are occasional hiccups and inefficiencies that we need to work around. However, I must say that the management is actively working on resolving these issues, and I have seen significant improvements in the past few months. Once all these improvements are in place, I am confident that the company will be able to operate smoothly and flawlessly. Overall, while there are certainly some challenges that come with working for a rapidly growing company, I believe that the benefits of working at S.H. Engitech Pvt. Ltd. far outweigh and drawbacks. The company has a great work culture, supportive management, and competitive benefits, and I am excited to see where we will go in the future.

This is a very bad company. They can fire any employee at any time without any reason, just based on their own whims. This is the worst company. There is no future growth for employees here and no job security at all. I sincerely request everyone not to work in this company because there is absolutely no job security. Please consider this my humble request—if anyone is thinking about joining this company, don’t.

I have such a grate experience to work here and i get lots knowledge about how to manage a work . Company give me chance to do some other department work like design and quality.
