All teammates were very good and cooperative there. We all try to make positive atmoshphare in working.

Dislikes

compensation never on time and slow growth. The work pressure is very much high. Managers do not value an individuals' strengths. Human considered only as machines.

As I have worked there for many years, people become family to me over there. Due to experienced seniors I have learnt a lot from this company. Company's director is a great person he always encourages the employees to learn more and more.

Salary packages can be bit higher than usual.

Delhi wali sites pr duty timing is flexible so very good but gaziabad wali or rajnagar wali sites pr duty timing no flexible so not good, sallery good,leaves good only sites in delhi.

Contractors payment not good, senior staff also not good, job security

Good work invironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Reporting manager Pawan Gupta is Dar- Madr cho...,, Overall company is good. But you can't work with stupid GM- totally worst person.

Job security is zero. GM is stupid , they have not new ideas. They theft ideas from his junior and they show off in front of boss. Don't join this team. Pawan has no identity in market. No one broker know them. They use your reference and they will ask by by from company.
