Overall the salary and promotions are hood.

Dislikes

Work allocation, work life balance, assignment of audit areas are not standardised, creating too much dissatisfaction on the job. Also there is some sort of favouritism around the firm.

Likes

Good pay and learning but terrible work life imbalance which will frustrate after some point of time. Life is not only about learning and earning which SRBA Provides but some life which one cannot event expect during weekends.

Working balance is very versatile poor

Likes

The growth is very good if allocated to a listed client. The compensation is among the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Majority of the managers and seniors are not equipped to deal with juniors and use foul language constantly and are not supportive at all. There is no work life balance. They expect you to clock in 12 hours a day even during off season. There are job training sessions but managers don't allow you to attend them because they are always understaffed and need you to complete assigned tasks, hence the learning suffers.

You get to know variety of areas and learning if your manager is supportive and understanding.

Dislikes

Sometimes, it happens your senior expects that you're an expert in your field despite telling them you're novice to this field makes employee shatter. And Some managers are money-minded in the way that they deploy less employees in team in order to get more bonus for him i.e. Cost saving for company but it leads to mental pressure on employees.

Great learning opportunities, Good exposure to industry, great platform to represent on behalf of organisation to clients, good client relations

Dislikes

Everything is good except difficulty in work life balance.
