The one thing i liked about working is each project had a designated time of completion so when the project is competed early, it's bit of free time

Dislikes

I don't know from where to start...... 1. The salary pack for given work was average. 2. Very little to no training was provided by the team. 3. Work life balance was so messed up (ie, projects couldn't be completed in given time unless people have to stretch) 4. Personally, i went through mental torture by the management that handled the COE team.

1. Great clientele 2. State of art tech (EY Canvas, Helix Analyzers) 3. Opportunities to learn stuff (depends on manager though)

Dislikes

1. Terrible politics (as a result of this, there is a whole category of people who are more inclined to politics than hard work). 2. Its always a busy season, If its not, they'll keep you engaged on stipid stuff just to abuse your time. No value for personal lives. 3. If you work hard, They'll make you work harder. Till you leave, till your last day at work.

It's a good exposure and good learning place provided your plottings are in the right place.

There's absolutely no work life balance. No value for personal time/health. Always running behind deadlines.

Work life balance is not there at all except in the month of nov and dec and especially if u r in a listed client then u can not expect any work life balance. U might need to work for 7 days a week
