2 days before my father camed to sp fort hospital emergency department with RTA and as a result of neuro icu admission he was referred to another private hospital A bandage was placed on his forehead without an bleeding injury ,bystander was thought that it may be a bleeding site ,after coming to another hospital the area was inspected by a consultant with the presence of bystander and there is no bleeding injury and also there is hematoma in skin they have not applied any ice packs as firstaid hence the failure of this firstaid application he has developed severe swelling in left frontal area. This is the 2 nd time am facing improper care and management from sp fort hospital. Am very much disappointed with this incident.
