There is no job security in S.M. Technology, I worked there for more than 6 months and I noticed people leaving the company because there is no work-life balance in the company. Management is the worse part of this company. There are no legit company policies. They don't even have a proper office environment to work at, they have a so called office which is just a shop in a DDA Market with company name written on a printout paper.

Dislikes

When I joined this company, no proper training was given. They are just hiring people on minimal wage of 6K in the name of "Training Period" to complete their pending work. There is no career growth just work pressure. No job security. In the span of 6 months, more than 15 people left the company out of 28 people they had. They got a "company" of less than 15 members. No space for innovation, and ZERO work-life balance. You have to work for more than 12 hours in the shift of 9 hours for 6 days a week. No extra pays will be credited for your hard-work, just the training amount which is 6K.
