S.H.Kelkar, its an excellent company, work environment is very good. Specially workers play an important role, best are the workers of Vashivali location.

In vashivali location, they are not properly looking after third party contract employee, no bus facilities,salary is less, not doing any increment for year n year. when they want they uses the third party employee and when they reach their goals, without any information they ask to sit at home. so no growth for third party contract employees.

no work ethics, no technical knowledge, no technical growth, no criteria in recruiting people, people are hired on the basis of their previous organization, undeserving people are empowered ,

ONLY COMPANY FOUND IN MY CAREER WHERE H.R NOT DONE JUSTICE. THEY DONT HAVE THE JUDGEMENT POWER ABOUT WHO ARE PUTTING EFFORTS AND BRINGING RESULT. ONLY CONSIDER THE WORDS OF SENIOR. THAT MEANS IF MY ADJUSTMENT IS NOT GOOD WITH MY SENIOR THEN I WILL LOOSE MY JOB. I REALLY FELT SORRY ABOUT THE HIGHER DEGREES OF V.P. HR WHEN HE CANT REALISE THE RESOURCE AND POTENTIAL OF PERSON???
