No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

lease it's my humble request, Dnt join for this company.. They won't pay u any salary.. N Ntng benefits r der... Hi guys., I'm the only one employee when this company starts.. N I worked in this for 1 year as design engineer, they payed me at starting nicely... Bt later they started giving reasons for giving salary.. I thought they will pay at once n I worked.. But at last the so called MD the stupid idiot Mr. Vinayak, without information n without intimate, he went somewhere for 5 months... N he didn't pick my calls n no reply for my msges... For 5months u suffered like hell... Please trust me guys Dnt join for this company at any cost... They will stop responding u after one point... Please don't him Mr Vinayak so called MD...
