Timely salary. Not much of overtime work. Most of the times you may be confined to stipulated working hours

Dislikes

No proper career growth. No proper monetary benefits to Sr. level personnel. Salary scales of newbies are much higher irrespective of their job responsibilities and expertise. Join, learn and leave in 3 yrs. Do not get aged here. There are people working here in the same post for more than 20 years and that too with nominal hike in their salary. HR policies are not uniform!
