...vironment and culture. But Teammates are supportive . Company policies are good. And they does not giving good salary , No bonus. Salary are very low. I have done diploma + B.tech in Plastic technology from Central institute of plastic engineering and technology Chennai but they give salary only 11000k/month

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very less. they does not giving joining letter and salary slip.

The company is open innovation and readily adopts latest market. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but Monthly salary is very low.

Before everything was good. But now this new management is not good at all. Everybody complains of the manger. Because of which all over rating becomes zero.

Management level is very poor. If someone complains for something about the Manager then the mangar falls behind indirectly very horribly that how he/she will left the company.

Learning is good for freshers employees

There is no facility for the worker or the company thinks only and only for its benefit, here if a complaint comes from the customer side , then the worker's money is deducted.

Likes

You can get hands on experience on machines, and can work for multiple clients with different requirements. Learning should always comes first then earning.

Dislikes

No working time, on pressure days, stopping for 12 hours is also fine and some managers have unprofessional behaviour with staff, other everything is good.
